Friendly Visitor Program
The Friendly Visitor Program provides socil support to older adults who may be isolated and lonely.
Crafts and Chat
A Monday morning activity and social gathering, including crafts, games, activities, book club, knitting, etc.
Senior's Social Café
The purpose is to give seniors (and their caregivers, if interested) an opportunity to visit, meet new people, participate in activities, and socialize in a safe environment.
Life Box
Lifebox is a tool to help organize documents in the event of sudden illness or end of life.
Friends & Family Caregivers
Abbotsford Association for Healthy Aging Caregiver Support program is designed to connect local caregivers caring for a senior-aged family member or friend.

Tech Savvy Seniors
Tech Savvy Seniors is a free program launched in 2021, to help seniors increase their digital literacy skills, by offering technology training and support to older individuals.
The Book Bags
This is a free service to seniors, home-bound individuals and families, in our community who do not have access to reading material from stores or libraries. We also provide puzzles.
